At FAMA, we believe that the well-being of people is key to the success of any organization. We were proud to host the Business Wellbeing Course, organized by the Ministry of Economy of Nuevo León, in collaboration with the Cluster de Herramentales.
The event was led by renowned Dr. Rafael López, psychiatrist, communicator, and mental health expert with an extensive career as a speaker, host of the podcast ‘Supracortical’, and contributor to several national media outlets. His human-centered and practical approach guided attendees through a comprehensive program to improve workplace and personal well-being.
Over six hours, key topics were addressed, including:
• The impact of stress on productivity
• Balancing personal life and work
• Burnout prevention strategies
• And practical self-care tools applicable in any work environment.
The course also included interactive activities, actionable insights, and reflections on leadership, effective communication, and the evolution of Mexico’s labor culture.
This initiative aimed to raise awareness among companies about the importance of prioritizing mental health in professional settings, fostering environments built on respect, open communication, and human development. The training offered an integral perspective—linking the historical context of work in Mexico with current strategies to build healthier and more productive workplaces.
This effort is part of a shared vision to promote healthier, more human-centered, and sustainable work environments. At FAMA, we are honored to support initiatives that put people at the heart of organizational success.
